About Me
meet Kristal McKoy
Our Founder is a no-nonsense advocate for families and a true nurturer of the human soul. She is a business woman, a service woman, writer and pastor who brilliantly balances military life, philanthropy, family and business in a way that exudes excellence both publicly and privately.
In 2015 Kristal founded her non profit“It Takes a Village” under the auspices of her lifelong work and agency Amazing Wellness, Inc. a referral based community of service professionals. The organization’s mission is to feed rural area children during summer months and introduce them to the gifts of foreign language, creative writing and spiritual excellence.
Kristal has been recognized for many of her accomplishments, most recently being named Military Department’s Service Woman of the Year for the state of South Carolina.
Kristal continues to expand the reach of her programs across the U.S. and abroad in hopes of ensuring that communities, families and individuals alike realize their most amazing inner capacity and embrace the concept of the “Wellness Trichotomy” excelling in all things through the balance and divine-development of Body, Mind and Soul.
